  1. Explain the concept of 'Marketing Logistics' and discuss its significance in the international trade.5+15

  1. Enumerate the various areas where frauds and disputes normally take place in international marine transactions. Discuss the usual precautionary measures to be taken by international buyers and sellers to prevent such frauds.                                                 8+12
