  1. Discuss the concept of development administration and briefly highlight its major attributes.

  2. Discuss the major types and elements of development planning.

  3. Define poverty and highlight the anti - poverty efforts in India.

  4. Discuss the recent trends in the area of sustainable development and focus on the challenges to sustainable development.



  1. Write a note on participatory district planning.
