Note : Attempt any five questions.  All questions carry equal marks.

  1. What do you understand by 'Development Indicator' ? Explain the relevance of adopting Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as human development indicators.



  1. Explain how social and technological factors have influenced the NGOs. Illustrate with the help of an example.



  1. What is the criteria for determining strengths and weaknesses of an NGO? Discuss with a relevant example.



  1. Write short notes on:



  • Capacity building

  • Planning



  1. Explain the transaction model of communication with the help of an example.



  1. Briefly explain the different stages in reporting.



  1. Critically examine the impact of ICT in the development of rural poor in India.



  1. Explain the importance of organizing for an NGO.
